In Hatha Yoga, there are total six and ten kriyas and mudras respectively. These kriyas are basically purification practice which aims to purify the body. The main objective of this course is to understand the basics of kriyas, mudras and bandhas.

The programme is focused and follow traditional yogic methods of kriya, mudras and bandhas outlined in Hath Yoga. Classes will consist of fundamental steps including aspects of bandhas, scientific explanation and validation, practical course on bandhas and mudras.
