I have been doing YOGA with Preeti from last 10 months. She is an exceptional person and yoga teacher. I sincerely enjoy her knowledge of traditional yoga philosophy through her sessions. She is very dedicated to teaching her students the foundational roots of how yoga philosophy unites the physical practice of mind & body. I have joined yoga about 2yrs back. I was 105kg and lost about 8to 9kg slowly slowly and keeping myself fit and fine. Preeti takes a lot of care of me since I’m above 60 which exercise is fit for me. I’m very happy with yoga class taken up and don't feel like missing a single class.
